The cost of the event is £245 for each place (less £10 for GreenSpirit members) including full board and accommodation from (and including) Friday dinner to (and including) Sunday lunch. This price includes free entry to the concert by Carolyn Hillyer and Nigel Shaw on the Saturday evening. You can also add a donation for the bursary fund to help others to come to GreenSpirit events who otherwise could not afford to do so
All food will be vegetarian. Shallowford House are happy to cater for those on vegan diets or those needing a special diet for medical reasons – you will be asked for your dietary needs on the booking form.
The success of this event relies on the goodwill and support of all participants. You must tell us in advance if you have any medical or mobility issues so that we can see if the event is suitable for you and whether we can accept your booking. By booking this event, you acknowledge that you are coming at your own risk, you confirm that you are medically and emotionally able to participate in the event, that you accept responsibility for yourself, your personal care and your own well-being.
Before Monday 23rd August, you can ask for a refund less £20 administration costs, after this date, there are no refunds. The deadline for booking and full payment is end of day Thursday 9th September.
We will inform you if this event needs to be adapted if new Covid restrictions come into force.
