Due to Covid, everyone (or with someone in your support bubble) will have their own room.
All food is vegetarian, see below for special diets.
The cost of the event is:
- £230 for each place
- add £6 (per person) for dairy, wheat or gluten free food
- add £12 (per person) for generic special diets for allergies/intolerances (not preferences) or vegan food
- and you can add a donation for the bursary fund to help others to come to GreenSpirit events who otherwise could not afford to do so
The success of this event relies on the goodwill and support of all participants. You must tell us in advance if you have any medical or mobility issues so that we can see if the event is suitable for you and whether we can accept your booking. By booking this event, you acknowledge that you are coming at your own risk, you confirm that you are medically and emotionally able to participate in the event, that you accept responsibility for yourself, your personal care and your own well-being.
If anything changes due to Covid, we will let you know. If the event has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
Before Friday 7th May, you can ask for a refund less £20 administration costs. The deadline for booking and full payment is Friday 7th May and there are no refunds after this date.
